Every Fancier.
Every Bird.
Every Season.

The complete digital ecosystem for racing pigeon fanciers — timing, loft management, club operations, and regional results, running end to end from your own loft up through the whole combine.

Your loft, no subscription — ever. Club & Combine admin: $35/year, just enough to cover hosting.

A loft's home screen, live on real hardware
Real interface. Not a mockup.

Clock your birds home automatically, liberate a training toss from your phone, and follow every race live — scored on the official AU Universal Performance Rating, from your own loft up through your club, combine, and concourse.

Today's tools solve one problem.
Loft Master runs the whole loft.

A clock tells you when a bird got home. It doesn't know the bird, the breeding behind it, the club it flies for, or the season it's having. We built the thing that does.

One ecosystem, four tiers

Every level of the sport, running on the same connected system.

Tier 1

Polaris Loft Unit

Daily loft management and race-day clocking. Birds are identified and timed automatically the moment they're home, offline or not — inventory, health records, breeding, and pedigree live right alongside it.

Tier 2

Polaris Club Unit

Race creation, basketing, and verification for the whole club. One screen shows every member loft's birds arriving, live, the moment they clock in.

$35/year admin access — covers hosting, not a markup.

Tier 3

Loft Master Combine

Organize member clubs, run the regional master schedule, and authorize liberation with a verified time and position — multi-club results, aggregated automatically.

Tier 4

Loft Master Cloud

The connective layer — secure accounts, nested AU leaderboards, Hall of Fame awards, bird transfers, and club chat, all synced the instant you're back online.

Why it's different

The old way
  • Timing, and only timing
  • Separate software for every job
  • Ongoing subscription costs
Loft Master
  • One connected ecosystem
  • Modern software, built for growth
  • No subscription for your loft — ever

What's actually running today

Live races

Watch results update in real time as birds clock in, with leaderboards that refresh on their own.

Phone-GPS training tosses

Basket at the loft, drive out, and liberate from your phone — its GPS and the server clock set the release, and every bird is scored on real distance.

Nested AU leaderboards

See standings and Hall-of-Fame awards at every level — your loft, your club, your combine, or the whole concourse.

Full loft management

Inventory, health records, breeding, and pedigree in one place — manage everything but the physical band scan from any browser.

Bird trades & chat

Offer birds to other lofts, accept transfers that move ownership instantly, and talk to your club right in the app.

Offline-first & secure

Loft hardware keeps clocking even with no internet and syncs when it's back — over an encrypted tunnel, never a raw connection.

Where this is going

Phase 1 — the whole loft, club, and combine ecosystem above — is built and live today. Here's what's next.

Phase 1 · Live now

The ecosystem

Loft, club, and combine tiers, cloud sync, leaderboards, chat, and transfers — everything on this page.

Phase 2

Reach further

A unified cross-combine bird registry, deeper performance analytics, and notifications that reach you instead of waiting to be checked.

Phase 3

Automate the loft

Smart nest boxes, automated breeding-station identification, camera-assisted breeding monitoring, and intelligent release systems.

Questions fanciers actually ask

What does the Polaris Loft Unit cost, and when can I get one?

$499. Join the waitlist below to be notified the moment it's available.

What does Club or Combine admin access cost?

$35/year, flat — covers hosting, not a markup. Individual loft owners never pay an ongoing fee for the software — the only cost there is the one-time Polaris Loft Unit purchase.

What happens if my loft loses internet on race day?

Nothing stops. The clock keeps identifying and timing birds locally no matter what your connection is doing, then syncs everything the moment it's back online — race day never depends on your internet working.

Is there a subscription fee for individual loft owners?

No ongoing subscription, no trial period, no catch — the software is free for your loft, always. The yearly fee only applies to Club and Combine admin accounts, which covers hosting for the whole system, not your loft. The Polaris Loft Unit hardware itself is a separate, one-time purchase, not a subscription.

“I didn't set out to build another clock. I set out to remove barriers that keep people from enjoying this incredible sport.”

Manley “Max” Chastain has been fascinated by pigeons for twenty-five years, though he didn't keep his first birds — a few rollers, then a couple of pairs of racing homers — until 2020. Life pulled him away from the loft about a year later, and it took his wife, in the spring of 2025, to remind him how much he'd genuinely loved it. He came back to racing homers this time, drawn in as much by the local club as by the birds themselves; pigeon people, he'll tell you, are some of the most generous, big-hearted people he's ever met.

Max has always built computers and chased new technology, and after a year watching AI move faster than almost anything he'd seen, he went looking — as a fancier just getting his footing again — for the one system that could handle a loft's timing, health records, pedigrees, and race results together. It didn't exist, so he built it, using modern AI-assisted development to reach further, alone, than a full engineering team usually could.

The future of the sport isn't about replacing tradition.

It's about giving every fancier better tools.
